Možnost práce z domova, neformální pracovní prostředí, fajn spolupráce s většinou z kolegů, možnost samostatného rozhodování.

Obrovská přehlcenost firemními systémy, velké množství nefunkčních procesů, automatické očekávání pracovního výkonu prakticky kdykoliv mimo pracovní dobu, často nesplnitelné termíny, velmi slabá péče o zaměstnance a jejich rozvoj, chybějící respekt a ocenění.

V SATPU budu nyní slavit dvouleté výročí, jsem za to ráda, vyrostla jsem tu profesně i mentálně. V každé práci je to občas náročné, ale v SATPU Vás vždy podrží kolektiv, zábava a dobře napečené buchty kolegů.
