je obrovské plus že mám k práci čas na rodinu. Ocenuji hlavně možnost home officu
potřeba zapracovat na benefitech, např. multisport karta aj. firemní notebook apod.

Na své pozici nejvíce oceňuji možnost práce z domova. Dále jsem ráda za příspěvek na stravování a penzijní/životní pojištění.
Nejsem spokojená s informovaností některých kolegů ve firmě. Zejména těch v zahraničí.

Ve Fabory se k sobe chovame lidsky, dokazeme si veci vyrikat a resit je efektivne.
Nekdy to vazne ve spolupraci s mimo CEE kolegy, zejmena v Holandsku.

Dobré pracovní podmínky, dobré vybavení pro práci, zájem o zaměstnance, společné akce
Někdy je špatná komunikace mezi jednotlivými odděleními; v případě problému nevím na koho se obrátit. Při zavádění SAP malá podpora a vysvětlení celého systému.
