Spokojenost s možností home office , klouzavou pracovní dobou a parkování u firmy.
Nízká výplata, málo dovolené, zastaralé, opotřebované a nemoderní společné kuchyňky a WC.
Jobs fit for working parents
Z důvodu klouzavé pracovní doby a možností home office. Možnost home office se samozřejmě netýká všech pracovních pozic ve firmě.

Pracovní kolektiv je výborný, na benefitech by se mohlo ještě zapracovat ;-).
Zlepšení benefitů - konkrétně možnost čerpání benefitu pro jazykové vzdělání i mimo nabízené možnosti od zaměstnavatele. Dalším posunem by byla možnost volby způsobu čerpání příspěvku na stravování, protože ne každému vyhovuje dodavatel obědů.

Stabilní česká firma s pevně vybudovaným základem. Příjemné prostředí. Zajištěná budoucnost co s týká práce a financí. Pružná pracovní doba, možnost zkráceného prac. úvazku.
