Firemní kultura, progresivní spirit, důvěra a volnost. Sranda v office, ale i práce na top klientech. Málokterá agentura se takto dobře stará o svoje lidi. Určitě má i svoje nešvary, ale ty jsou dané spíše agenturním businessem celkově.
Občasná velká míra svobody vede k rozvolněnost některých kolegů a jejich přístupu k rychlosti nebo spolehlivosti delivery. Vysoká míra transparence ne vždy dopadá na úrodnou půdu z pohledu pochopení čísel a businessu.

Informal work atmosphere
Dog friendly, pohodový přístup, tykání napříč group, transparentní vedení, žádný dres code, atd. Pohodová pracovní atmosféra, která staví na síle jednotlivců, kteří jsou dohromady jeden tým.

Přátelská atmosféra. Kolegové s podobnou krevní skupinou. Flexibilní pracovní doba (v rámci možností), super benefity. Pracujeme na dobrých projektech!
Vždy je co zlepšovat .) Primárně je to o sebedisciplíně a zodpovědnosti každého z nás. Důležité je zachovávat procesy a posílit on boarding a support nováčků.
