Dobrý pracovní kolektiv. V Elekonu jsem se naučila nový druh práce . Kladný přístup vedení.
Nedostatečné vybavení při práci balení těžkých (velkých) panelů.

Cením si flexibility, ochotu se dohodnout a vyjít vstříc, férové jednání, spolehlivost. Spolupráce a komunikace s vedením je velmi dobrá.
Někdy trochu chaos :-) ale nakonec se řešení najde
