Velkého množství benefitů a přátelské atmosféry ve firmě. I přes klasické "české společenské brblání" jsou ve výsledku všichni spokojení. Byla jsem překvapená, že lidé, odcházející "za lepším" se k nám po čase i vrací. V tom vidím jasný ukazatel spokojenosti. Ač firma podniká v ne zrovna populárním oboru, prošla licencováním ČNB a to je pro mě osobně důležité. Za moji kariéru jde o mého 3 významnějšího, a zatím nejlepšího, zaměstnavatele. Ale aby to nevyznělo jako nepravdivá reklama na firmu, naražím samozřejmě i na překážky. A to v podobě na můj vkus zbytečné firemní byrokracie. Přičítám to velikosti společnosti a její "nadnárodnosti".
Interní informační systém, snížení množství směrnic nebo jejich zjednodušení. A prospělo by i rozšíření prostor o nové kanceláře.
