Práce na směny
Já bych zaměstnala více techniků, kteří vyřizovali reklamace a opravy, těch bylo vždy málo k dispozici a proto byli klienti nespokojení a v takové situaci potom si to vybíjeli na nás, telefonních operátorech, kteří jsme po telefonu skoro nic s tím dělat nemohli.
