Nejvíce si cením solidnosti a důvěryhodnosti, jelikož jsem se v dosavadní praxi s podobným přístupem nesetkal. Z toho potom vyplynulo, že veškeré postupy, které jsem si se zaměstnavatel domluvil, byly splněny.
Bylo by dobré, kdyby vedení, které je sice v Praze, mělo lépe podchyceno vedení pracoviště. Zdá se mi, že jsou tady celkem nezanedbatelné rezervy.

Nejvíce si vážím vstřícnosti a individuálního přístupu.
Určitě zavedení sick days a možnost home officu.
