Jsem spokojená s práci kterou dělám.Je dobře finančně ohodnocena. Malý kolektiv na prodejně mi vyhovuje.

Velký tlak na plnění cílů v infině. Ne každý měsíc se povede,ikdyž se člověk snaží co může.

jista vyplata , pekne penize

nejsem spokojena s pristupem vyššich šarží

Nevíme co tím myslíte. Pokud jsou nadřízení nároční, ale spravedliví, je to v pořádku. Pokud by se k Vám chovali opravdu nevhodně, nebojte se věc řešit. Pokud opravdu existuje takový problém, řešte jej. Atmoskop je anonymní a my nevíme kde a jak prověřit problém, který popisujete. Na jakoukoliv nepravost můžete poukázat, třeba i anonymně na adrese kodex@geco.cz

Zajímavé benefity, možnost aktívní nabídkou si přivydělat slušné peníze

Nelíbí se mi že se v tété firmě musí dělat docházka na půl roku dopředu, a s tím i hlášení dovolené tak brzo dopředu... jak mohu vědět v únoru kdy bude mít manžel dovolenou, protože to takhle nikde dopředu nechtějí, a jěště ani nad dovolenou nepřemýšlíme

mzda, benefity

vadí mi povinné nařizování dovolené a čím dál více akcí a doplnkových prodeju, to se neustále zvyšuje ale trh se taky jednou nasytí
