Směny na půl roku dopředu - dobře se dají plánovat soukromé záležitosti, velmi dobrý plat

Přístup k zaměstnancům o ,které se firma velmi dobře stará a zajímá se a super je pravidelné vzdělávání v akademii, ohodnocení finanční, kolektiv na naši prodejně, pracovní doba, domluva s OŘ
Trochu nevýhoda je, že když děláme celý den samy směnu v jednom, tak si tu za celý den nemam jak ohrat jídlo. takže to jím studené a to není ono, jináč firmě GECO nemám co vytknout

Krásná přání nebo dary k různým svátkům. Milé ohodnocení, finanční.
Dlouhé směny, kdybybyli o něco kratší tak by to bylo perfektní. Ty 12h směny jsou občas hodně dlouhé, vzhledem k tomu, že pracujeme s lidmi.

Nejvíce se mi líbí že si můžu vydělat v podstatě kolik chci a celkově se rozvíjet dál.
Zrovna mě nic nenapadá s většinou věcí jsem spokojená.
