Kontakt se zákazníky, rozmanitá nabídka a stále se objevující novinky, které nás baví. Spravedlivý a férový přístup nadřízených. Trpělivý přístup, pomocná ruka a cenné rady. Skvělé benefity a finanční ohodnocení.
Nemám žádnou špatnou zkušenost. Vše řešíme v klidu a pokud je třeba rada, nebo pomoc vedení reaguje ihned i ve svém volnu. Samozřejmě se snažíme pracovat samostatně, ale víme, že pokud bude třeba pomoci máme se na koho obrátit, což je vzácné.

Super benefity.
Plánování směn. Nalíbí se mi že když mám volný den v dlouhém týdnu, tak se mi tam ještě hodí směna na jiné prodejně. Z toho vzniká jeden den volna. A jako bonus se to ještě stáva když máme většinou dovolený a jsme tu ve dvou. Takže celé dny v práci a dyž má člověk volno, tak musí ještě jít do práce.

Vypíchnu jen jedno a to jsou benefity. Kafeterie a to jak pro volný čas, tak samozřejmě stravné. Píšu samozřejmě, ale vzhledem k mým zkušenostem není toto pravidlem ve všech společnostech. A velký příspěvek na důchodové připojištění, což možná pro dnešní mladé není tak atraktivní, ale ani toto není zvykem všude.

Jsem spoko se svou vedoucí,je to úžasný člověk s velkým srdcem a zodpovědností k práci a k nám prodačkám,vždy nám usnadní cestu se naučit nové věci a se vším poradí. Oceňuji benefity firmy,které moptivují stále se zlepšovat,celkový podchycený systém firmy se mi líbí,a její vřelý přístup k zaměstnancům.
Zázemí pro zaměstnance - nemáme přístup do kuchyňky či kde si ohřát oběd,toalety...:-(((
