Oceeňuji ze i když jsem nová, vždy mi každý poradí a pomůže.
Pracovní doba, která je velmi náročná a nelze skloubit se soukromým životem. Stalá změna ve směnách, bez ohledu na potřeby zaměstnanců. Neustálé vkládání dovolené, o kterou jsem si vůbec nežádala.

Super práce co se seberozvoje týče. Každým dnem jsem lepší při komunikaci se zákazníky. S nadřízeným jsem nad míru spokojená.
Chtěla bych, abychom byli všichni na stejné vlně, co se kolegiálnosti týče. Táhnout za jeden provaz. Jinak GECO jako takové je super!
