Mzda, benefity, kolektiv, čisté prostředí. Práce mě naplňuje, vždy na čem se dohodneme to platí. Možnost karierního růstu.

Order and rules

Zaměstnanci přesně vědí co je jejich náplň práce. Vše najdou na určeném místě. Vedoucí jim umí vždy vše vysvětlit a poradit.

Opportunity to learn new things

Jde hlavně o poznávání produktů, které máme v nabídce. Jak se vyvíjí trh s tabákovými výrobky. A v neposlední řadě i o nové produkty dnešní generace mladých lidí.

Zaměstnanecké výhody, odměňováni , s práci a chováním vedoucí.

Nelze skloubit osobní život. Nepravidelně šichty. Velký tlak při plnění plánu a prodeje zbozi. V zázemí chybí mikrovlnka.

Rychlé zaučení nováčka, pak už pracuje sám. Práce pro mladé lidi, někdy fyzicky náročné.

Dlouhé směny. Někdy 11- hodinová směna náročná, práce ve stoje.
