Baví mě práce s lidmi,každý den něco jiného ,není to jako u pasu ,pořád stejná práce.Benefity super,možno koupit dovolenou,či kolo.Jedinné co bych uvítala je zkrácení prac.doby v kaufu.Po 20 hodině chodí míň lidí,je pravda,že se stihnou dodělat resty ze dne/to nezáleží na nás/

Zkrácení prac.doby ,menší tlak na prodavačky,vím jedna se snaží druhá ne,ale jsme kolektiv ,tak se doplňujeme.Jeden umí to, druhý něco jiného.Vy to vidíte jinak,plány jsou plány,musí se plnit.

Našla jsem téměř super tým ,ale začátek byl na jiné prodejně a tam jsem prošla peklem ,je to o lidech. Když se člověk nevzdá ,tak práce přinese ovoce.

Nařízené výpomoce a pokud bude jinde něco chybět ,tak se dle smlouvy budu muset podílet na manku.

Firma je stabilní , přinesla mi hodně pracovních zkušeností. Zaměstnavatel nám každý rok přidává nové benefity. Máme zde jistotu pravidelné výplaty na účet. Každý rok odvedené sociální a zdravotní pojištění. Neměnila bych, super práce a výborný kolektiv.

Není nic s čím, bych byl nespokojený.
