Možnost pracovat z domova v době pandemie bylo k nezaplaceni! Velmi děkujeme, že chráníte naše zdraví. Rovněž zajištění respirátorů, dezinfekce, bylo samozřejmostí, děkujeme. Děkujeme i za příjemné pracovní prostředí a nelpění na open space. Děkujeme, že zaměstnavatel využívá všech benefitů, které lze ze zákona uplatnit v plné výši. Penzijní spoření, stravné.

Vadí snad pouze to, že i přes naplánované docházky se nelze na dny volna spolehnout. A to zejména v poslední době. Může to být stav dočasný ( výpomoce např.), avšak k vývoji situace je bohužel v nedohlednu.

Ve společnosti Geco,a.s. pracuji více jak 6 let a jsem velmi spokojená. Myslím si, že vedení společnosti se o své zaměstnance velmi dobře stará.
