V této firmě nejvíce oceňuji benefity a pravidelnou mzdu, která je vždy včas na účtě.
Velký nátlak nadřízených ohledně prodejů.

Finanční ohodnocení je velice dobré.. Bohužel ho ovlivňuje spousta faktorů a příplatků, čistá základní mzda není nic moc...
Když je kolegiální problém na pracovišti, tak to nikdo řešit nechce... Tak nějak se počká, až se bouře přežene a zamete se to pod koberec.

tlak na prodej, čím dál víc akcí, nesmyslné čárkování nabídek, systém docházky, hodocení v infině

Výplata včas na účtu.
Odměny za prodej. Práce je hodně o štěstí. Preferování prodeje zboží, za které má odměny jen vedoucí prodejny, přitom je to zásluha všech.

Určitě s benefity,s platem a i přístup vedoucí -podrizeny je skvělý .
Chybí nám možnost ohřát si vlastní jídlo a uchovat si ho v letním období v chladu
