Možnost zvýšit si výplatu
Malé prostory na uskladnění zboží, malinkate zázemí, kde se sotva clovicek nají.

oceňuji prémie, stravenkový bonus.
chybí mi na prodejně alespoň nějaká menší lednice na uchovávaní potravin. Mikrovlnka na ohřev jídla. Máme prodejnu u hlavních dveřích, v zimě tu máme zimu a v létě horko. Když máme celodenní víkend po jednom člověku, jedna 30 minutová přestávka je obzvlášť málo. Máme tu konkurenci Iqos stánku, hodně lidí chodí na kartonty k nim a nemáme šanci splnit plán teď na heets.

víc než slušná výplata, stravenky, příspěvěk na důchodové....
Moc plánů, člověk kolikrát neví co dřív. Nelze oddělit soukromí život. Neustále na telefonu a k dispozici.

naučila jsem se samostatnosti a zlepšila jsem se praci na počítači
hodně se navýšili položky k měsičnímu plnění a ještě máme dodatkové plány.Občas nevíme co prvně nabídnout.Mohlo by se trochu ubrat.Dodatkové plány by stačilo např.3položky
