Zajímavá práce, která mě baví. Zdfá se mi zaměstnavatel velice slušný a férový, což se v dnešní době opravdu nevidí.

Zatím ne a doufám, že to bude i tak nadále.

Benefity, pracovní náplň

Noviny v prostoru zákazníka, zmenšili nam i kvuli novinám zázemí a tolik časopisů co tam máme je zbytečné když to lidi ani nekupuji. Zvětšit zázemí, a mikrovlnka s malou lednici by se hodila, jelikož v létě nam tam jidlo maximálně tak zkejsne

Slušný plat a pěkné benefity

Chování zaměstnavatele ke svým zaměstnancům je na špátné úrovni. Určitě bych zlepšila komunikaci mezi nadřízenými a podřízenými v určitých příkladech je se zaměstnanci jednáno jak s kusem hadru.

Oceňuji platové ohodnocení a příspěvky do cafeterie

vadí mi jednání oblastní ředitelky, furt je s něčím nespokojená, nedokáže nás pochválit, její navštěva nás spíše demotivuje
