zajímavý systém benefitů

s docházkou, to je totální katastrofa, nejsou v týdnu dva dny volna po sobě a tak si člověk vůbec neodpočine. není správně vyvážená pro všechny...

zajímavé benifity

nelíbí se mi rozvržení pracovní doby, málokdy jsou dva dny volna po sobě a tím pádem si neodpočinu a nemohu být s rodinou. v práci je vyvíjen neuvěřitelný tlak na prodeje a není žádné ocenění, i když se daří. velmi stresující, i když mě práce velmi baví byla bych ráda, kdyby se něco do budoucna něco změnilo, hlavně tedy s docházkou

Pěkné benefity, různorodá práce

Časté měnění směn, jezdění na výpomoce, když jsou navíc hodiny, tak se mi krátí nebo ruší směny na své prodejně, nepřiépadá mi to fér a myslím že systém docházky není vymyšlen vůbec dobře, buď hodiny přebývají nebo schází

S kolegyněmi na mé prodejně

Směny nejsou takové jaké jsou ve smlouvě, tj. krátký a dlouhý týden, s čímž jsem sem nastupovala. A nejsem spokojena s oblastní ředitelkou.

Oceňuji jak se o zaměstnance zaměstnanec stará, zvláště v této těžké době se na něj mohu spolehnout.

Příliš vysoké nároky na plnění cílů. Je jich moc a jsou někdy nesmyslně vysoké.
