Na semináři o Garanta, jsem se dozvěděla pár nových informací, za mě super. Mám nové holky, které v určitých věcích např.: dělaní inventur jsou pomalejší, jinak pracovité. Oceňuji jejich snahu v prodejích, jak se rychle zapojily do kolektivu.
Chybí mi na prodejně klimatizace. Za mě jinak není nic, kde by byl problém a měla bych být nespokojená.

Chod celé firmy je zajímavě promyšlený a hlavně snaží se aby byla spokojenost jak na straně zákazníka, tak i zaměstnance.
Zatím jsem nic nenašla.

Děkujeme za vaše hodnocení. Na organizaci práce ve společnosti GECO, a.s. a na jejich úspěších se podílí nejen vedení, ale také její zaměstnanci. Snažíme se každému zaměstnanci vysvětlit, že společný cíl a společné pracovní úsilí nejsou jen fráze o „tahání za jeden provaz“. Práce je zajímavá, ale také náročná. Proto se o každého nováčka stará oddělení vzdělávání – GECO akademie, pomáhá mu starší zaměstnanec – tzv. garant a systém vedoucích (manažerů) je nastaven tak, aby každý zaměstnanec měl možnost obracet se osobně přímo na svého šéfa. Jsme rádi, že se Vám v práci líbí a budeme rádi, když nám doporučíte dalšího zaměstnance (že je za doporučení zajímavá odměna jistě víte). A nemusí to být jen mladý člověk s prodejní praxí, ale klidně i člověk po čtyřicítce s chutí jít do toho s námi.

Díky Gecu jsem poznala že i v obchodě se dají vydělat skvělé korunky a poznala jsem super kolegy. Firma i zaměstnanci jistě mají skvělou budoucnost.

Oceňuji dobrou spolupráci s kolegy, podporu svých nadřízených i finanční ohodnocení za aktivní prodej.
Chybí mi tady čas na svačinu a mikrovlnná trouba na ohřev jídla.
