spravedlivé dělení odměn zajímavý bonusový systém...cafeterrie zlepšila se má komunikace se zákazníky

Oceňuji práci nadřízených v Praze, snaží se nám co nejvíce vyhovět platově.Skvělé jsou i benefity Sodexo. Snaží se nás co nejvíce školit, abychom všemu dobřre rozuměli.

Vadí mi že cokoliv u nás řekne vedoucí, je svatá pravda ačkoliv já s kolegyní máme jiný názor.

ocenuji benefity a líbí se mi práce se zákázníky

Vadí mi,že pracuji na místě kde jsme tři trafiky v jednom obchodním domě a ještě na zapadlém místě,kde neprojde tolik zákázníku jakobychom chtěly a tudíž vysoké plány těžce splnitelné

Je to zatím moje nejlepší zaměstnání v kterém jsem pracovala.Férovost platební morálka co slíbí splní. Možnost vzdělávání posuny vpřed a také se mi mos líbí filosofie firmy.Jsem součástí firmy a moc se mi práce líbí.
