Jsem ráda za benefity,peníze za prodej kde diky tomu umí ocenit moji práci. Práce je čistá a zabavná,kolektiv máme super.

Snaha od zaměstnavatele navyšovat platy,ale na ukor volna a přidávání nesplnitelných úkolů a plánů.Bonusy do cafeterie,kolektiv

neustálé navyšování plánů,celkově hodně psychicky vyčerpávající,dokola nabízení pořád stejným zákazníkům,tolik akcí,že není možné si všechny zapamatovat.Neustálé zvyšování účtenek a celého sortimentu.

Práce v Gecu mě naprosto naplňuje, protože jsem se v této pracovní pozici našla. Vždy jsem chtěla být obchodník a tady mohu ukázat co ve mě je, což je skvělé. Mohu se vzdělávat, posouvat směrem nahodu a mí nadřízení dokáží ocenit mou práci, což je pro člověka hodně motivující. Jsem spokojena celkově a nemám žádné výtky vůči tomuto zaměstnavateli.

Nemám co vytknout, spokojenost.

Oceňuji benefity a možnost si přilepšit přesčasy,které jsou placené.

nejsem tady,tak dlouho,abych mohla posoudit co vylepšit. Možná bych prodloužila dobu na zaučení. 10 dnů je opravdu málo
