Jsem velmi spokojená, vyhovují mi směny, které mám. Plnění plánů nabízení zákaznikovi sortiment, cigarety atd... Benefity za prodaný sortiment do cafeterie. Prostě jsem spokojena

Finanční ohodnocení a benefity jsou fér k odvedené práci. Díky akademii se zde naučí hodně nových a zajímavých věcí

Není správné že se vedení bohužel řídí jen podle tabulek a prodeje v infině. A i když se snažíme plnit plány a prodeje, nabízet vše tak nás poté hodnotí jen podle grafů.

Platové ohodnocení, benefity jsou fér dle odvedené práci. Díky akademie se zde člověk naučí novým a zajímavým věcem. Jediné na co by snad mělo vedení brát víc ohled ne na tabulky v infině, ale že se opravdu zaměstnanci snaží plnit a nabízet co je v plánech prodeje.

Jedině snad, že se bohužel vedení dívá na tabulku v infině a nevidí, že se vždy snažíme plnit plány a nabízíme vše.
