Hezké pracovní prostředí.
Nejhorší, ale zároveň i největší zkušenost z mé praxe. Vysoká fluktuace lidí. Obrovský chaos. Špatný leadership.

možnost skloubit pracovní a rodinný život, možnost ovlivňovat změny, příjemní kolegové

pracovní prostředí, školení
příjem a možnosti dalšího růstu byly minimální
Order and rules
Firma a jeho výrobky patří i do farmaceutického průmyslu. Jeho pravidla jsou jasně daná a definovaná normami. Proto moje zmínka o řádu a pravidlech. Stejně jako automobilový průmysl, který je také řízen podle striktních pravidel IATF 16949.
