Rozvrh práce je nesmyslný.. Nejdůležitější věci se zadávají ke konci směny.. Nulová informovanost mezi zaměstnanci ohledně novinek či způsobu práce

Pro většinu lidí z vyššího vedení budete jen "číslo" co má dělat kusy. Kupříkladu s přesčasy je to tak že dokud neodpracujete 150h přesčasů. Tak chodit budete út a čt do osmi. Protože podle zákona vám může být nařízeno až 150h přesčasů za rok. A ano, jen ve výjimečných situacích. Problém je že není definováno co je výjimečná situace
