Možnost občasné práce z domova. Včas vyplacená mzda.
Vztahy na pracovišti. Spolupráce mezi odděleními. Ne celkově, ale jednotlivci.
No overtime
Neplatí přesčas. Je možné si je vybírat v daném měsíci. Je pevně stanovený čas přítomnosti od - do na pracovišti, ale začátek a konec si můžete upravit podle sebe okolo tohoto rozmezí. Např. stanovený čas je 8:30 - 14,00 ale zbytek pracovní doby je na zaměstnanci. Kromě zákaznického centra. Tam je celá doba pevně stanovená.
Complex tasks
Zpracovávají se projekty, které jsou na realizaci podle přání zákazníka velmi náročné. Kombinace použitých technologií a podobně.

Fajn benefity - homeoffice, pružná pracovní doba. Pokud o to člověk opravdu stojí, má možnost seberealizace. Dobré vztahy na pracovišti i mezi ostatními odděleními. Korporát se svými dobrými i špatnými stránkami, kde si každý najde to, co mu vyhovuje.
Některé změny se dlouho komunikují napříč jednotlivými odděleními.

Přátelské prostředí a super kolegové skrz jednotlivá oddělení, firemní kultura na vysoké úrovni, pružná pracovní doba (pátky pouze do 14:00).

Příjemný, přátelský a nápomocný kolektiv. Férový nadřízený. Mnoho benefitů (home office, Multisport, pružná pracovní doba). Časté teambuildingové akce. Snaha posunout zaměstnance dál pomocí různých programů.
