Pokud vedoucí byla v místě bydliště, tak vše v pohodě, ale jak mile kancelář byla zrušena a převedena na kraj, tak vázla komunikace
Více komunikovat se zaměstnancema, příklad doručovatelé, pak je spolupráce na 100%

Nejvíce jsem si cenila osobního přístupu nadřízeného ke každému jednotlivému zaměstnanci, pravidelnému proškolování a doškolování - protože jenom když máte potřebné informace, pak teprve můžete být v práci úspěšní a v tom byli nadřízení opravdu svědomití a poskytovali potřebné materiály a veškeré technické zázemí.
