Skvělé možnosti pracovat na různě velikých projektech s různým zaměřením ať už pro známé, nebo začínající firmy. Dlouhotrvající partnerství s klienty a možnost rozvíjet produkt po několik let. Spousta pracovních i mimopracovních akcí. Pěkné a prostorné kanceláře, moderní hardware a spousta benefitů, včetně hlavního získat spoustu nových přátel.
Zatím se nepodařilo switchnout celou firmu do angličtiny.

Firemni kultura je zde prioritou a je na velmi vysoke urovni. Stara se o ni jak vedeni tak i lidri jednotlivych tymu a People and Culture oddeleni. Panuje tu profesionalni atmosfera a kazdy se snazi odvest co nejkvalitnejsi praci. Pritom se nezapomina na zabavu. Firemni a tymove akce jsou velice pocetni a kazdy najde neco co vyhovuje jejich zajmum. Benefity jsou na urovni modernich IT agentur a v necem i lepsi.

Best team ever. You can feel the kind family touch there every day. Everybody is trying to hear what you want to say and help you with anything you want. You can participate working on big interesting project as well as on some smaller but creative ones. Everyday fresh fruits and the best coffee you can find <3
Not enough space for every cool people on the planet. Sometimes you have to work on older projects longer time - but its your choice obviously.

Nejvíc jsem byl spokojen se spolupráci s kolegy a úrovní projektů.
V rámci týmů zde panuje velice sledované prostředí. Každý váš krok je analyzován, rozebírán a porovnáván s vašimi kolegy.
