Skvělý a vstřícný kolektiv. To platí jak pro kolegy tak i pro vedoucí. Je zde skvělá atmosféra, do práce chodím rád.

Že mám zaměstnání kousek od domu, a že mohu využít možnost práce z domova je pouze bonus navíc. Nejlepší na práci v HAVEX-auto jsou kolegové, kteří jsou vstřícní, ochotní, a to na každé pobočce bez výjimky. Dále jsem rád za podporu vedení, které se snaží firmu posouvat dopředu. Člověk se nemusí bát za nimi jít a postěžovat si na cokoliv jej trápí.
Žádná firma není dokonalá, ale není nic, co by mě extra vadilo, nebo pálilo.

- zaměstnání mám "za rohem" - pár minut autem - akce konané mezi kolegy (pořádané kolegy NE VEDENÍM!!!)
- benefity zaměstnavatele NIC MOC - spíše NIC - řešení problémů - poraďte si jste dospělý člověk!! - systém školení - 100 let za opicemi - udělejte zkoušky, sedněte si za počítač a makejte, nechápete něco?, nikdo Vám neukázal co kde klikat a dělat? - naprostý nezájem na vše si musíte přijít sami nebo požádat pracovně staršího kolegu, který Vám to ukáže - zájem vedení a nadřízených prostě 0!! Kdyby firma nebyla takto blízko bydliště a nebyli tu skvělý kolegové tak firma stojí za prd...

Cesta do práce trvá autem 3 minuty.
Práce ve stresu. I v soukromí matně myslím, jestli jsem na něco nezapomněl.
