Víc převažuje to co neoceňuji než oceňuji. Férový přístup firmy tam nebyl. Spokojená jsem byla jen s prostředím (zázemím firmy) a s lokalitou. Toť asi vše.
Přístup firmy nebyl férový, neslušné (sprosté vyjadřování) konkrétně na obchodním oddělení.

Kromě ovocných pondělků nic
Nekompetentnost vedení, nekoncepčnost řízení , neschopnost řídit týmy, obtížný tok informací mezi odděleními,,neochota většiny zaměstnanců převzít odpovědnost,samostatná kapitola je IT a podpora IT systémů

Striktní dodržování pracovní doby,systém verifikace zaměstnance otiskem prstu, nutnost "pípání" jakékoliv pracovní pauzy. Firemní kultura připomínající lyžařský zájem středoškoláků v období komunismu.
