S kolegy a firemní kultůrou. Možností různých firemních aktivit. Flexibilní pracovní dobou.

8 a půl hodin pracovní doba. Není to můj případ, ale zaměstnanci, kteří dojíždí z velkých vzdáleností, by mohli mít větší benefit na dopravu. Nevyrovné platy mezi oddělení.

Firma se výborně stará o zaměstnance, škála benefitů je velice pestrá a skutečně si dají záležet ( vitamínové balíčky, občerstvení na pracovišti, bruslení, cyklovýlety...)

Medical oblast je specifická tím, že vše strašně dlouho trvá, nikdo nechce nic rozhodnout a bojí se rozhodnout. procesy jsou složité, kostrbaté a neflexibilní. na vše je spousta neproduktivních schůzek, které nevedou k požadovanému řešení a závěru.
