Můža se na něj obrátit, říct na rovinu jak to vidím. Vždy se najde kompromis jak to vyřešit.

Oceňuji přístup vedení a mého přímého nadřízeného. Dále dobrý pracovní kolektiv. Dále oceňuji dobrý program benefitů a přiměřené finanční ohodnocení.

Vylepšil bych důkladnější zaškolení nových pracovníků.

Security and stability

Především je to majetkově čistě Česká firma s více než 30 letou tradicí. Dále rozumně a hlavně postupně investuje. A neustále se rozšiřuje. Ale pomalým a rozumným tempem.

otevřený a slušný přístup nadřízených dobrý kolektiv dobré ohodnocení

Prodejní systém není dokonalý a zlepšuje se pomaleji než doba žádá.
