Nic mně nenapadá.
Oproti ostatním firmám v okolí navyšují platy minimálně. Nyní je to firma s nejnižšími platy v celé průmyslové zóně.

Podmínky teď v létě jsou strašné, klimatizace nefungují a když pracujete u mold ,které mají přes 200°C není to nic příjemného.

Pružná pracovní doba, Dotované stravování Zajímavé odměňování
evidence docházky - počítá se každá odpracovaná půlhodina, minuty navíc se neevidují

Otevřenost k novým přístupům / řesěním. Dosud jsem se nesetkal k rozhodnutím pouze z postu nadřízeného, pokud je pádný argument, lze nápad / řešení / přístup protlačit dále. Možnost nasbírat cenné zkušenosti.
Pracovní doba není příliš flexibilní. Benefity jsou na standardní, možná lehce podprůměrné úrovni.
