Korektní jednání, smysluplná práce, absolutní spolehnutí v rámci včas chodící mzdy, možnost kariérního růstu

Pratelske prostredi, vstricnost, ochota pomoci, naucit a vysvetlit. Vyborna parta lidi, a to se hned lepe pracuje.

Člověk ví na čem je. Spolehlivost, úcta, lidské jednání.
Omezit fronty čekajících lidí, mít možnost jim říct že není místo a ne usazovat přes mrtvoly. Vedení má zaměstnanec vyslechnout a jednat podle toho, ne řešit důvěrné informace s ostatním personálem protože jsou kamarádi.

Toho, jak dokáže z obrovského kolektivu udělat team, který si věří a dokáže fungovat.
Aby nováčci byli pořádně zaučení, protože rychlokurzy, jaké jsou tam poslední dobou opravdu nestačí k tomu, aby vše bylo tak jak má, aby je zaučoval někdo zkušený a ne oni sami sebe navzájem, vypadá to pak na place příšerně.

Omezil bych sarkastické (ačkoliv dobře míněné) poznámky k práci. Existuje lepší cesta.
