Otevřenosti a ochoty naslouchat názorům, možnosti podílet se na neustálém růstu, rozmanitosti práce, lidsky skvělého pracovního kolektivu.

Férovější odměňování, schopnost vnímat a ocenit i doporučení od stávajících členů týmu, nejen od nováčků; zlepšit ochotu kolegů přijmout zodpovědnost a pracovat v týmu jako firma, ne jako oddělení.
