IKEA je prostě moc fajn firma s krásnou firemní kulturou, kde vize nejsou jenom planá slova. Velmi oceňuji to, že jsou kolem mně lidé, kteří jsou v IKEA třeba i více než 15 let, takže je pořád od koho se učit. Práce jako taková se nedá srovnat třeba s jakýmkoliv Shared Business Centrem, ba naopak je komplexní a vyžaduje dost času porozumět a naučit se vše, co pozice vyžaduje. Jako skvělé vytržení z pracovní rutiny pak fungují služební cesty, ať už za dodavateli nebo do ústředí ve Švédsku.

IKEA má velmi plochou organizační strukturu, takže kariérní růst zde vyžaduje trpělivost.

I appreciate the fact that you are encouraged to develop in any way you want. There are not bad decisions, just learning experiences. Any idea is a good idea in the eyes of the company and worth exploring. IKEA also offer many different posibilities for those ideas to flourish with inside and outside training, online courses and more. If you are motivated in what you do or will like to do, IKEA will support you and your work will be what you want it to be.

Jsem ráda za skvělého šéfa a dobré kolegy. Kromě toho si vážím i možnosti práce z domova a flexibilní pracovní doby. Ve dnech, kdy se rozhodnu jít do kanceláře, jsem moc ráda za ovoce na pracovišti :)

Některé procesy pokládám za "zkostnatělé." Proces finálního rozhodnutí je často velmi pomalý.
