Otevřenost a možnost sdělit svůj názor, který někdo zpracuje a je pro něj zajímavý a možná i důležitý. Možnost se bavit o všem, co se mi nelíbí a rád bych s tím něco udělal.
Zatím asi nic, vše se vyřešilo operativně a ke spokojenosti mé a asi i firmy.

Výborný pracovní kolektiv, nikdy není problém se na čemkoliv domluvit, každý ze zaměstnanců se podílí na rozvoji firmy, pravidelné a časté akce sloužící ke stmelení kolektivu, pracovní volnost.
Žádné zásadní problémy nejsou, pokud se něco objeví, tak se to ihned řeší.

Je to přístup díky kterému mě práce baví, navíc děláme čím dál větší projekty a člověk získá plno zkušeností.
Vše se tady hýbe směrem k lepšímu, takže kdybych něco napsal, dost možná by to už za měsíc neplatilo :)

Možnost flexibilní pracovní doby, podpora ve vzdělávání a vytváření profesního profilu, velmi příjemné pracovní prostředí a dobrá atmosféra mezi kolegy.
Organizace času je propracovaná, přesto je problematické spolupracovat s některými časově vytíženými kolegy. To je ale asi běžné.

Dobrá atmosféra ve firmě, fajn kolegové, stálá snaha věci zlepšovat.
Vždycky firma může být lepší, ale v ničem nenacházím větší problém.

Volnost, mohu si určit kolik toho chci odpracovat.
Chce to méně práce u počítače, ale to je obecný celosvětový problém ;)

Firma nabízí velmi rozmanité benefity, realizují se tu i různé společné týmové aktivity. Zároveň velmi oceňuji možnost uzpůsobit si pracovní dobu dle svých potřeb.
