Společnost má dobře propracovaný systém benefitů a platového hodnocení. Je zde možnost se rozvíjet a pracovat na různých projektech, zároveň zde člověk nalezne flexibilitu. Work-life balanc je jedním z klíčových pojmů, na které společnost dbá.
Nejvíce mi asi chyběla koncepce, jak se v rámci společnosti rychleji rozvíjet díky přímým pracovním zkušenostem. V době, kdy jsem zde pracovala se na tomto tématu pracovalo, takže věřím, že dnes je již situace lepší.
