Nové zkušenosti, zajímavá různorodá práce, unikátní stavba, skvělý klienti

Chybí mi motivace, pozitivní nálada a leader management na pracovišti. Zastaralé zkostnatělé procesy, neochota přijímat nové nápady. Špatné vztahy mezi odděleními.

Práce mi denně přináší nové výzvy, se kterými se musím vypořádat, a díky tomu si ve svém oboru neustále zvyšuji znalosti.

Firmě by slušelo více pružnosti a inovativnosti při řešení některých problémů.

určitě by stálo vylepšit benefity, např. rozšířit výhody pro zaměstnance, např. slevy na služby typu kadeřník, manikúra, masáže; ve společnosti pracují lidé středního věku až staršího a Ti zrovna nevyužijí slevu do fitka; příspěvek za stravování nahrávat na kartu a neřešit stravenkami a platbami cash v hotelu za obědy, jít dobou inovační....

různorodá práce, nejvyšší management - vstřícné a ochotné vyposlechnout si názor (někdy i jiný)

neochota spolupracovníků dát "něco" navíc, neochota brát se za dobré jméno firmy
