Kolektiv je super. Nikdo se nepovyšuje nad ostatní. Člověk dostává najevo, že je součástí týmu a zároveň má dost prostoru pro seberozvoj.

Skvělá atmosféra, hodně srandy, nenosím si práci domů v hlavě, navzájem si pomáháme a vycházíme vstříc.

V kanceláři panuje vždy skvělá atmosféra. Oceňuji úpřimnou komunikace s nadřízeným i s ostatními kolegy. Je tady velký prostor pro vlastní nápady a myšlenky, které jsou implementovatelné. Jako bonus je mnoho skvělých benefitů.

Nejsou tu zásadné problémy, čili není co vytknout.

Snaha to společně někam posunout, dotáhnout. Minimální prostor pro politikaření.

momentálně hluk z venkovní stavby ... ale to firma neovlivní

Volnost, home office, multisport karta, fajn lidi v týmu :)

Varied work

Protože je každý den jiný, každý den se máte možnost věnovat jiné činnosti. Navíc jsme pořád malá firma, takže je tu možnost pro zlepšování se a vymýšlení nových procesů :)
