Spokojenost s tymem, spokojenost s primym nadrizenym, prijemne benefity

Nektere procesy jsou zastaralé, nekteri lide se nechteji přizpůsobit novym procesum nebo je aspon zkusit. Na některých pozicich je ocekavani vyssi nez je dana pozice.
