Pro člověka s vlastní iniciativou, hladem a chutí se zde nabízí možnost pro téměř jakoukoliv realizaci za podpory hlavního vedení i přímého nadřízeného. Nátura firmy příliš nepřeje "pasivním" příjemcům práce, odměňuje se vlastní aktivita, houževnatost a schopnost protlačit vlastní myšlenky a prodat své schopnosti.
Aktuálně tunelové zaměření na jednu sféru herního segmentu a pomalá adaptace nových myšlenek nebo rozšiřování porfolia produktů.

Oceňuji pohodovou atmosféru a přátelskou a vstřícný přístup. Velice slušné benefity.

Hodně benefitů a náhodných/nečekaných bonusů, přátelská atmosféra
chtělo by to začít dělat i na nějakých jiných projektech/hrách, po několika letech toho stejného lidi chtějí nějakou změnu, a je škoda aby to bylo řešené přechodem do jiné práce, když je to tady tak fajn

Nejvyssi vedeni jsou fajn lidi, co chteji, aby to, co delame bylo kvalitni a aby meli spokojene zamestnance, nesnazi se ze vseho vytriskat co nejvic penez.
Premyslel jsem, ale nic mne nenapada. :D
