Neochota kolegů, absolutní nezájem o vzhled prodejny,plat neodpovídal vykonané práci, která se dělala ještě navíc, nesplněné úkony na daný den. Kdybych to měla vše psát byla bych tu do zítra :)

Vedoucí se někdo věřit. Řešila soukromé neshody v práci. Kolegové hrůza. Plat příšerný. Dělala jsem maximum co se mi řeklo bylo hned plus něco navíc ale i tak to bylo málo.

V týmu na prodejně jsme si opravdu sedli, kromě vedoucí, která neumí poradit a ani pochválit. Benefitem bylo zvýšení kvalifikace kurzem vyhrazených léčivých přípravků, který má uplatnění i jinde. Největším benefitem pro mě byla zaměstnanecká sleva, než ji omezili.
Vylepšit by potřeboval určitě přístup manažerky prodejny. Častěji se stávalo, že jsme věděli více než ona, což by nemělo být pravidlem. Vadil mi velmi nestálý plat, který se lišil klidně o 6000 měsíčně.

Skvělé slevy pro zaměstnance. Velký výběr
Byla to super práce ale bohužel jsem dělala to samé co má kolegině a za to mě vyhodila paní vedoucí...za to že má kolegině jen stala za pokladnou a občas něco rovnala...byla to má první práce..no bohužel už mám více zkušeností a budu jen a jen lepší.

Zaměstnanecké slevy na produkty.
Vedení, peníze, dělání práce na víc na kterou jsem nebyla kvalifikovaná za stejné peníze.
