Přátelský, až rodinný kolektiv napříč odděleními. Silná, stabilní společnost s dlouhou tradicí. Dobrá parta lidí v rámci oddělení. Zaškolení na pracovní pozici. Možnost karierního růstu, rotace v rámci oddělení nebo mezi odděleními. Zaměstnanecké slevy na zboží. Benefity - Sodexo a Flexi. Firemní kantýna - možnost snídaně či svačiny; na oběd výběr z pěti hlavních jídel. Firemní akce.
Zdlouhavější proces rozhodování/schvalování. Chybí možnost sick days. Rozdělení mzdy není zrovna férové v případě nemoci, OČR či mateřské dovolené. Zrušení možnosti práce z domova.

Dobrá je včasná a pravidelná výplata.
Naprosto špatná je komunikace mezi nadřízeným a zaměstnancem. Celkově mám firmu rád ale naprostý chaos a nelogické rozhodování ve firmě je věc, která mi ničí.
