Co rozhodně nejvíc oceňuji je časová flexibilita, možnost práce z domova vždy, když potřebuji. Perfektní parta lidí.
Work in a team of young people
Kolektiv lidí v eManu je poskládám z lidí v mladém a středním věku. Práce v takovém kolektivu je příjemná a to bez ohledu na váš věk. Důležité je jak se cítíte v mladém kolektivu. A u nás je fajn :-)
Meaningful work
Kolegové v eManu se snaží propojovat business tak, aby bylo pokryté co největší pole působnosti. Činnosti jsou navzájem propojené, řešení se vymýšlí tak, aby se jich dalo maximálně využít. Zároveň je ve firmě prostor pro karierní posuny a zkoušení nových rolí.
