Při nástupu mi byla prezentována úplně jiná pozice, než kterou jsem nakonec vykonávala. Což byl také důvod k mému odchodu. Jinak byli ale kolegové velmi milí.

Kolektivy lidi ktere práce baví za ty peníze by to jinak nedělali.

cením hlavně slušné a vstřicné jednání , plus finanční ohodnocení, to jsou hlavní důvody pro jsem u Schenkru.

vedení Schenkeru by mohlo více naslouchat podnětům od zaměstnanců.

Cením si voľnosti, ktorú v práci mám. Férové jednanie či už od nadriadeného alebo v kolektíve. Problémy sa riešia ihned tak ako to má byť.Zamestnávateľ mi vychádza v ústrety aj ohľadne osobního voľna, ktoré čas od času potrebujem.Nemám čo vytknúť. Som so svojou prácou spokojná.

Trošku lepšie platové podmienky. DB Schenker s ŠA porovnávať nemôžeme, ale určite by ich zlepšiť chcelo.
