Zaměstnavatel je spolehlivý, výplata chodí včas. Nejvyšší management je naprosto oddělen od provozu, nevědí co kdo dělá, naprosto anonymní prostředí.

Oceňuji férové jednání, možnost profesního růstu. Dobrý týmový duch a pracovní prostředí je samozřejmostí.
Vždy je co zlepšovat, ale v současném zaměstnání jsem spokojená, tak se jedná o drobnosti.

Plat,kariérní postup,flexibilita a kreativní práce
Firma je fajn,cení si zaměstnanců.Horší už je to s kolegy,ale za lidi firma nemůže.Myslím si,že je firma Schenker dobrým zaměstnavatelem.Plat je dobrý a umožnila mi i kariérní postup.

Velký důraz na vzdělání a kvalitu teamu. Skvělé pracovní prostředí, vybavení. Pochopení a podpora i pro mimopracovní život.
Nevyzpytatelné jednání vedení a korporace. Pracovní překážky v až příliš velkém množství byrokracie. Komunikace se zahraničními nadřízenými.
