Stabilní společnost, kde jsem se nemusela bát o svůj příjem. Pro absolventy dobrá zkušenost.
Vyměnit manažery oddělení, nepřijímat na tyto pozice známé a příbuzné. Před inovacemi vždy vše dořešit se všemi kolegy.

Pomoc neziskovým organizacím, velké firemní benefity, firemní akce.

Benefity, pracovní doba, super kolektiv.
Vyšší management, který ani neví co děláme za práci a jak vše trvá dlouho.

Odpolední docházka. Strhavani peněz za nedodržení uzavřenych smluv. Cca 25smluv měsíčně) pauza na oběd, pokud si nedodržel limit 30 min, který se ti odpočítává na monitoru, tak se muselo podle překročenych minut zůstat na pracovišti déle (1min-10minut dele v práci)

Výplata vždy přišla, dalším benefitem byly stravenky. Když bude fajn kolektiv a fajn (spravedlivý, který rozumí své praci) šéf,pak by to nemuselo být tak špatné.
Má přímá nadřízená se za nás nedokázala postavit. Dosáhnout na mém oddělení na bonusy bylo skoro nereálné.
