Pracuji zde 30 let - velmi si cením firemní kultury, která si váží dobré práce, je otevřená, vstřícná. Cením si inteligentních šéfů a kolegů, mám tu spoustu dobrých přátel a cítím se tu jako doma. Vážím si možnosti pracovat během své kariéry v mnoha pozicích i odděleních a také v zahraničí - nikdy jsem se ještě nenudila nebo si nemohla stěžovat na rutinu. Unilever je moje srdcovka.
Naše organizační struktura je maticová, máme hodně výrobkových divizí a regionů, což někdy znamená komplikovanější a zdlouhavějsí procesy, ale v letošním roce se struktura zjednodušuje, takže se blýská na lepší zítřky.
