Jistota pracovního místa. Moderní prostředí (na pracovišti, kde jsem). Dostatek pomůcek a materiálů.
Nekompetentní jedinci ve vedoucích pozicích. Nízké finanční ohodnocení a neexistující odměny. Téměř žádné benefity. Přetěžování zaměstnanců. Nerespektování práva na osobní život. Nerovný přístup k zaměstancům na stejné pracovní pozici ze strany nadřízeného.

Dbá se na dodržování Standardních oš. postupů.
Security and stability
Nemocnice nejspíš bude stát do skonání světa a sester je nedostatek, dost jich odchází, takže místo vždy bude, a s největší pravděpodobností vás nikdo nevyhodi.
